Job Duties:
- Carry out thorough quality control checks on all vehicles after the repair process, ensuring all work meets the required standards.
- Polish vehicles to remove any imperfections in the paintwork, such as drips, sags, and scratches, to achieve a flawless finish.
- Use a variety of hand-held and mechanical polishing tools and apply waxes, polishes, or protective coatings as necessary.
- Address any customer concerns with the finish of their vehicle, providing excellent customer service and ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area and adhere to all health and safety policies.
- Work closely with the paint and body repair teams to provide feedback and ensure continuous improvement in the quality of work.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive body shop.
- A keen eye for detail and a quality-driven approach to vehicle finishing.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising on the quality of the finish.
- Good knowledge of polishing techniques and materials.
- The ability to manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A full, valid UK driving licence
Pay Rate:
- £12.00-£15.00 Per Hour
Shift Time:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00AM-18:00PM
