Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional mechanical engineering quality and service across automated production equipment
- Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance, responding rapidly to machinery breakdowns
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to support site production targets and minimize line downtime
- Assist with preventative maintenance activities, site engineering projects, and machinery upgrades
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in proven mechanical engineering and fault-finding within manufacturing (moulding environments highly desirable)
- Relevant mechanical engineering qualifications (ideally HNC/HND or equivalent)
- Flexibility to transition to rotational shift layouts following an initial day-shift onboarding period
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to safety and preventative maintenance
