What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary of £40,300 per annum with an OTE of £47,000 – £50,000 including shift allowances

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional dual-discipline support across a wide variety of production and automation equipment
- Conduct both electrical and mechanical maintenance, balancing PPM schedules with rapid breakdown response
- Collaborate closely with engineering and production colleagues to maximize plant availability
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and contribute creative machinery modification ideas
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a multi-skilled or maintenance engineer within the manufacturing sector (moulding machinery is a major advantage)
Recognized qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering
Flexibility to transition to rotational shifts after learning the site layout and processes on day shift
Strong desire to develop technical skills across both disciplines and perform well under pressure
