Contract Manager (Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping) – Rugby, Warwickshire

Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage contract operations, financial performance, and service quality to meet corporate targets
- Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, ensuring compliance with strict health and safety standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular feedback and service improvements
- Manage job pricing, administrative tasks, and accurate performance reporting
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with a minimum of 5 years in grounds maintenance (corporate/local authority) and 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong horticultural knowledge and practical experience with commercial equipment (ride-on mowers, hedge trimmers)
Valid driving licence (ideally with trailer towing capability) and intermediate MS Office skills
NVQ/HND in Amenity Horticulture/Landscape Management; IOSH or ROLO health and safety qualification desirable
