Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Proven experience in high-volume retail catering environments
• Hold a Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate with strong knowledge of HACCP and COSHH
• Prepare and present high-quality food to company standards
• Manage stock efficiently to minimise waste
• Conduct daily food safety checks and ensure allergen compliance
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and store teams to maintain smooth service
