Your Role
As part of our Maintenance Team, you will:
Perform daily hands-on maintenance and repairs on key production equipment
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults independently
Support preventative maintenance schedules and contribute to equipment effectiveness improvements
Mentor apprentices, sharing your knowledge and expertise
Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies at all times
