Account Manager – Reading

We’re on the lookout for a motivated, results-focused Account Manager to join our Reading team.
The Role
To thrive in this role, you’ll be customer focused, committed to providing the best possible service and a natural problem solver. Experience in an on-site recruitment environment would be great but is by no means essential. If you have transferable skills, we can train you on all the elements you need to be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Fulfil Staffing Requirements: Ensure timely fulfilment of staffing needs to meet client deadlines.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for workers.
Work Under Pressure: Efficiently supply temporary workers in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Administrative Processes: Handle administrative tasks, including managing absences and processing change requests.
Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all requirements and maintain secure records for audit purposes.
Customer Service: Provide a positive experience for both clients and workers by promptly addressing any queries.
Qualifications and Experience
· Desirable: Previous experience in recruitment or account management role.
· Desirable: Experience recruiting for warehouse and driving roles.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
· Familiarity with job boards and recruitment software is a plus.
