What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing surfaces by filling, sanding, and cleaning to a high standard before decorating
- Applying paint, wallpaper, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Working independently on client sites and supporting team members on larger projects
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety standards
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator, ideally in Swindon or surrounding areas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to different tasks and project requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Reliable, professional, and punctual with a positive attitude
- A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
