HGV Class 2 Delivery Driver – Taunton, Somerset
Are you an experienced HGV Class 2 driver looking for a flexible role with excellent pay? Our client, a well-established logistics company based near Taunton, is looking for reliable Full time and ad hoc delivery drivers to join their friendly team.

What we need from you:
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence with CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Minimum 1 year’s experience driving HGV Class 2 vehicles
- Willingness to manually unload food deliveries (heavy lifting involved)
- Ability to pass a driving assessment prior to training
- Flexibility to work any 4 (or more) of 6 working days
- Usually 5 – 9 Drops per day
- Ability to Start between 0300 – 0600
Typical duties include:
- Driving pre-designed routes safely and efficiently
- Manually unloading deliveries using powered or manual pump trucks
- Delivering to various locations, including upstairs stores
- Completing all relevant paperwork accurately
