Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move stock within the warehouse
- Efficiently pick and pack orders accurately to client specifications
- Load and unload delivery vehicles while maintaining stock organisation
- Conduct daily forklift checks and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Assist with stock rotation and quality inspections to ensure product integrity
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with warehouse staff to meet and exceed operational targets
Requirements:
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience, ideally with picking and packing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings or afternoons
- Commitment to health and safety best practices
