Warehouse Operative – (Tamworth Area) – Immediate Start

Are you looking for a stable warehouse role with great hours and competitive pay? Join our busy Dordon site, part of a leading logistics company renowned for valuing its people and providing opportunities to develop your skills. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, 08:00 to 17:00, giving you your weekends free to relax.

Have you worked for XPO Logistics, DHL or Amazon? If so, this could be the perfect job for you! We’re looking for motivated warehouse operatives to join our team as soon as possible. Full training will be provided, and if you hold a Reach Truck FLT licence, you could earn even more.

What you’ll get:

  • Competitive pay from £13.13 per hour with FLT licence
  • Monday to Friday shifts 09:00 – 18:00
  • Friendly, supportive working environment with excellent career progression opportunities

Your role will include:

  • General warehouse duties such as loading/unloading trailers and containers
  • Receiving, put away, picking, re-packing and dispatching customer orders
  • Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) – experience helpful but not essential
  • Operating Reach Trucks if licensed (preferred but not essential)
