Warehouse Administrator / Admin & Planner – Burton

Are you an organised, detail-focused individual with strong Excel skills looking to make an impact in a busy warehouse environment? We’re seeking a Warehouse Administrator / Admin & Planner to join a supportive and fast-paced team based in Burton. In this role, you’ll work closely with procurement and planning teams, using your data analysis skills to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) efficiently via SAP
  • Support procurement functions to optimise stock levels
  • Create and maintain dashboards, charts, and reports to visualise key data
  • Analyse order trends and performance metrics to aid planning
  • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation across systems
  • Collaborate with warehouse and operational teams to improve processes

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts
  • Experience with SAP or willingness to learn (training provided)
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Confidence working with large data sets and producing reports
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Previous experience in warehouse, admin or planning roles is advantageous but not essential
