At Aligra, our priority is to ensure you are always paid correctly and promptly each week.
We are aware that in recent weeks you may have experienced delays in your pay, along with other service issues from our current payroll provider. With this in mind I am writing to inform you that we are changing our payroll provider to Actual Staffing Ltd, in order to streamline processes and improve the service you receive. This change will take place with immediate effect.
- You will be sent a new contract this week, there is no action to be taken on your part.
- Each Thursday, you will receive a text message informing you of your net pay
- Following the text message, you will be emailed a payslip every Thursday (please check your junk email on the first occasion)
- Your net pay will be in your account between 00:01 to 03:00 each Friday.
- Your HMRC account will be updated by the following Monday.
As we are now using a new payroll provider you will not be auto-enrolled into a pension provider until you have completed 12 weeks work (unless you choose to opt out before week 13). If you would like to pay pension contributions with immediate effect, to ensure continuity then please let your local branch know and this will be actioned.
