What you’ll be doing:
As a Warehouse Operative, your key responsibilities include:
Accurately picking orders using a Voice scanner in a chilled environment
Ensuring all products are picked in the correct quantities and quality standard
Packing items carefully to prepare for dispatch
Working efficiently to meet tight deadlines and daily targets
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work area in line with health and safety standards
Assisting with stock replenishment, stock taking, and other warehouse duties as needed
What you need to succeed:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment, ideally with order picking
Comfortable working in chilled conditions
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
