Suzuki has revealed the 21 winners from its UK dealer network that have achieved the highest level of customer trust throughout 2023.
The Japanese brand won two major customer service awards itself this year, including being named a ‘trusted quality provider’ by the UKCSI and ‘Customers at the Heart of Everything’ at the UK Customer Experience Awards.
It said it was fitting to then recognise its own dealers within the network that have helped Suzuki reinforce its reputation as the number one brand for trust in the UK.
A separate award for this achievement was presented at its National Dealer Conference held recently in Tenerife and the 21 winners are in full below.
Dale Wyatt, director of automobile at Suzuki GB, said: “As the car brand for those that are proud to be different and with our customers totally centric to everything we do in both sales and aftersales, it’s a further honour to recognise so many of our dealers over the last 12 months.
