Job Overview

Administrative Assistant – Full-Time – Hinckley | £13 per hour (£468 per week) | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

Are you looking for a rewarding administrative role where you can develop your skills and work as part of a supportive team? Our client, a well-established company in Hinckley, is seeking a reliable and organised individual to join their office team. Full training will be provided, including on Salesforce, so no prior experience is needed.

Have you worked for DHL, Caterpillar or Triumph? If so, this could be the perfect next step in your career!

  • Earn £13 per hour, approximately £468 per week (based on 36 hours)
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm with weekends free

Key responsibilities:

  • Answer customer enquiries professionally by phone and email
  • Use Salesforce to manage and update customer records accurately
  • Perform general filing and maintain organised office systems
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication skills and friendly telephone manner
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Willingness and ability to learn new software including Salesforce
  • Reliable, organised, and able to manage workload effectively
  • Commitment to working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
