Your key responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class 2 HGV vehicles to complete waste collections
- Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance
- Load and unload refuse containers efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of routes and collections
- Adhere to all traffic and health & safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with depot and team members
What we’re looking for:
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence with a clean driving record
- Waste industry experience preferred but not essential
- Familiarity with RCV, Roro, or Skip operations advantageous
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Commitment to safety at all times
