Key Responsibilities
- Working efficiently on the production line
- Monitoring production machinery, flagging faults to the team leader
- Manual packing of eggs into trays and cases, keeping quality and speed consistent
- Carrying out quality checks to make sure the product meets spec
- Printing and applying labels where necessary
- Completing basic production and quality paperwork accurately
- Keeping your work area clean and hygienic, following food safety rules
Requirements
- Good level of physical fitness is key due to the physicality of the work at times
- A good level of written and spoken English
- Ability to work well within a team and use your own initiative
- A good work ethic, willing to support your colleagues
