Duties Include:
- Checking, weighing, and mixing ingredients accurately to ensure consistency in all product batches.
 - This includes measuring raw materials and preparing them in accordance with production schedules and specifications.
 - Monitoring quality throughout the production process, identifying any irregularities or issues, and escalating concerns to the team leader or supervisor when necessary.
 - Label printing, as well as managing label and packaging stock rotation, to ensure all products are correctly identified and traceable, and that older stock is used first.
 - Completing production, quality, and technical paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring full compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
 - Maintaining clean and tidy workspaces within the production area. This includes regular cleaning routines, following hygiene procedures, and contributing to a safe working environment for all team members.
 
Pay Rate:
- £490 per week (£25,350 per annum)
 
4-week Rotating Shift Pattern:
- 06:00am to 14:00pm
 - 14:00pm to 22:00pm
 - Monday to Friday
 
Skills Required:
- Previous experience working in a Food Production environment is beneficial but not essential.
 - Understanding of Food Health and Safety guidelines, including hygiene standards, allergen control, and safe handling of ingredients and equipment.
