Role Overview:
Are you ready to accelerate your career and become a pivotal part of a dynamic team? We are seeking a motivated Parts Advisor to join our clients thriving parts team in Kingswood. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high satisfaction levels for both internal and external customers. You will report directly to the Aftersales Manager and be instrumental in driving our customer service standards forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate Ordering: Manage and process parts orders efficiently for stock and customer requirements. You will be responsible for handling requests both in person and over the phone, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at every step.
Stock Management: Maintain optimal stock levels to meet demand while adhering to company standards. Your organisational skills will ensure that our inventory aligns perfectly with customer and business needs.
Invoice Production: Generate precise invoices and ensure payments are collected before parts are released. Your ability to manage financial transactions will support the seamless operation of our parts department.
Customer Interaction: Resolve customer queries, problems, and complaints with professionalism and a customer-focused approach. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every interaction upholds our high standards of service.
Brand Representation: As an ambassador for our company, you will uphold our high standards by providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
About You:
We are looking for an individual who is customer-focused with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a hunger to expand your product knowledge. Experience working toward team and personal goals is a plus, as we value ambition and teamwork.
