Become a Factory Approved Trainer Within 12 Months
No previous training experience is required. What matters most is your technical expertise and desire to help others develop. Through a structured 12-month development programme, you will receive coaching and factory accreditation to confidently deliver training across multiple Volkswagen Group brands.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver hands-on and virtual training on the latest vehicle technology.
- Develop and update learning content for new model launches.
- Attend brand and factory events, including accreditation programmes.
- Inspire and develop technicians at all levels.
What You Need:
- Relevant technical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 1–3, NVQ or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle electrics and diagnostics.
- Confident communication, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for teaching.
- Commitment to a daily commute to Milton Keynes.
- Experience with commercial or light commercial vehicles is desirable.
