Your key responsibilities:
- Sort parcels accurately by destination to ensure timely deliveries across Cardiff and beyond.
- Safely lift and manoeuvre parcels weighing up to 25kg, following manual handling guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to support smooth operations and health & safety compliance.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols at all times.
- Report any operational issues promptly to your supervisor to help maintain quality standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to start shifts at 02:00 and work flexible, part-time night hours.
- Good physical fitness to handle parcels safely and efficiently.
- Previous experience in parcel sorting or warehouse roles is preferred but not essential.
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude with a strong team spirit.
- Commitment to contributing to a smooth-running night operation.
