What You’ll Do
- Supervise and motivate a small team of warehouse operatives
- Allocate tasks including picking, packing, goods in, and despatc
- Ensure orders are accurately picked and packed on time
- Create and manage picks and labels as needed
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, compliance, and safety
- Support process improvements and accurate record keeping
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to manage priorities
We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse supervisory or senior warehouse experience ready to step up
- Confident organiser with strong people management skills
- Comfortable using email, warehouse systems, and spreadsheets
- Excellent attention to detail and calm under pressure
