Warehouse Team Leader – Ashby De La Zouch

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% accuracy in checking outbound deliveries and products for timely customer dispatch
- Promote and maintain safe working practices for yourself and your team
- Complete all outbound and inbound load paperwork accurately and promptly
- Highlight and report any quality or hygiene issues, including damage, to your Manager
- Complete process control and quality documentation (QC Checks) within required timeframes
- Support warehouse operations by undertaking additional tasks as requested
- Lead by example, working flexibly to meet targets set by customers and the company
What we’re looking for:
- Valid Flexi and/or Counterbalance forklift licences with the ability to operate safely
- Strong knowledge of warehouse health & safety policies and safe systems of work
- Ability to work well within a small team and independently to meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to adapt and prioritise a busy workload
- Good PC literacy, numeracy and literacy skills, with willingness to learn new systems
- Methodical approach and dedication to quality and accuracy
- Willingness to engage in further training including management and health & safety courses
