Pay & Shifts:
- £14.00 per hour (approx. £560 per week)
- Monday to Friday, full-time hours.
What you’ll be doing:
- Safely driving a van to collect and deliver scrap metal locally
- Loading and unloading materials efficiently and securely
- Completing all paperwork and delivery documentation accurately
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining basic van cleanliness and upkeep
- Communicating effectively with team members and customers
- Reporting any issues or incidents promptly
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence with a clean record
- Previous van driving experience, ideally in scrap metal, waste or logistics
- Physically fit to handle loading/unloading duties
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, full-time
