Your Responsibilities:
Carry out Small to Medium Area Repair Technology (SMART) on various vehicle makes and models
Repair paint chips, scratches, bumper scuffs, and minor dents
Perform alloy wheel refurbishments and interior trim repairs
Mix and match paint colours accurately
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean workspace
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or Bodyshop Technician
Strong knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
Full UK driving licence
ATA accreditation or NVQ Level 3 desirable but not essential
