Marketing Delivery has appointed Jackie Cook to lead development of its data-focused campaigns, products and services.
In the newly created project manager role, Cook will oversee the use of customer data by the firm’s dealer clients, as well as maximising the use of market intelligence in Marketing Delivery’s suite of marketing and social media products and services.
Cook has over 28 years in the marketing industry, including multiple roles within high-profile consumer brands and managing the ticketing data for the 2012 Olympics.
Most recently Cook spent five years at Kia UK as a CRM analyst, where she had overall responsibility for CRM data across the carmaker’s national fleet and aftersales resource and its dealer campaigns.
Jeremy Evans, chief executive at Marketing Delivery, said: “Data has long been essential for compliant and productive digital communications, helping dealers contact the right customers at the right time and in the right way.
“Key to our reputation is that our team has motor retail sector experience; that’s how we ensure we really understand what dealers and their customers need.
“Jackie is no exception and brings a wealth of valuable and highly relevant experience. With her knowledge and insight, we will be better able to enhance our offering and ensure dealer clients make the most of every piece of data at their disposal.”
