Volkswagen has launched a 0% finance campaign for its ID.4, ID.5 and the outgoing ID.3 from now until October 2.
The brand is also offering EV customers a £1,000 deposit contribution if they order one of these new EVs and fund through a 0% personal contract plan (PCP) from Volkswagen Financial Services
VW said this combination of savings reduces customers’ monthly payments by up to £33 for an ID.3, £97 for an ID.4 and £101 for an ID.5, when compared with standard current offers.
All variants and trims of the ID.3 (outgoing model), ID.4 and ID.5 are included in the offer, for which a minimum 5% deposit is required and the PCP maximum term is 36 months.
VW confirmed the offer is not available on the new ID.3, which the brand unveiled in March this year.
Recent consumer research from JATO Dynamics highlighted that 80% of car buyers said the option to pay monthly would make it more likely for them to choose an EV as their next vehicle.
More data from Startline Motor Finance also showed that nearly 60% of automotive retailers are urging more support from motor finance providers to retail EVs.
